Felix Haldner appointed to Tenity Board

Private markets veteran and former Partners Group executive joins Tenity Board of Directors.

Tenity today announced the appointment of Felix Haldner to its Board of Directors. Felix brings more than three decades of experience in private markets, financial services, and industry governance to the role.

Felix is a former Partner and Executive Board member at Partners Group, where he headed the Investment Structures department and was responsible for structuring private markets clients programs as well as acquisition and sale of investments. Before joining Partners Group in 2001, he was a Partner at PwC, where he advised international asset managers and insurance companies on M&A and on strategic tax planning matters. He holds a law degree from the University of St. Gallen and serves on the boards of a public and a number of private companies.

Beyond his investment career, Felix has been a prominent voice in shaping Swiss financial industry policy. He served as President of the Asset Management Association Switzerland (AMAS), where he championed market access and the international competitiveness of the Swiss financial centre.
