Tenity Backs Talentir in €4M Round to Power the Next Generation of Global Payouts

Tenity joins Talentir’s €4M round led by Redstone, Shapers, and Inovia to back AI-powered payout infrastructure for companies paying creators, freelancers, and external teams globally.

Vienna/Zurich, June 25, 2026 – Tenity joins Talentir’s €4M round led by Redstone, Shapers, and Inovia to back AI-powered payout infrastructure for companies paying creators, freelancers, and external teams globally.

We’re excited to announce our investment in Talentir, which has closed a €4 million round led by Redstone, Shapers, and Inovia — a clear validation of the thesis we’re backing: that global payout infrastructure is overdue for a fundamental rebuild. Talentir is doing exactly that, combining traditional payment rails, stablecoin settlement, and AI-powered automation into a single compliance-ready platform for companies paying creators, freelancers, and external teams worldwide.

“Many companies today have a clear mandate not only to test AI, but to bring it into operational processes. We help finance teams put that mandate into practice. Our AI takes over the most time-consuming steps in the payout process and turns payouts from a manual month-end closing topic into a scalable finance process.”

Lukas Steiner, CEO and Co-Founder of Talentir shared.

He added, “Companies that work globally with creators, freelancers, and external teams need financial processes that scale with their business. As Merchant of Record, we take on key payment, compliance, and settlement processes and use AI to automate the most time-consuming steps in the payout process. This turns payouts from an operational burden into a competitive advantage.”

Three things drove our conviction on Talentir:

  • Global payouts is a massive, expensive problem that nobody has fully solved until now. Cross-border payments lose businesses billions annually to fees, delays, and broken infrastructure and no one has fixed it at scale.
  • Stablecoin rails that actually work in practice, powering a product any finance team can adopt today. The technology is at the frontier, but the product looks like the financial tooling CFOs already trust. That combination of real innovation with zero friction to adopt is exceptionally rare.
  • Founders who execute, traction that proves it, and a customer pipeline that shows the market was ready and waiting. The team has already shipped, sold, and grown. Early traction and a strong pipeline don’t just signal promise, they confirm that the market existed and this team is the one to capture it.

Ask any finance leader dealing with global payouts what they’d fix with a magic wand. Then go look at what Lukas and Johannes built. DeFi in the back, seamlessly plugged into your existing stack up front, and AI making the whole thing feel like magic. Feels inevitable this becomes the global standard.

This round is a strong signal that B2B fintech built on real operational pain attracts serious capital. Talentir is already processing double-digit million payout volumes, and with this funding they’re accelerating international expansion and deepening their AI automation layer. We’re proud to be joining Lukas, Johannes, and the Talentir team at this pivotal moment, and we look forward to supporting what comes next.

“Talentir is building the infrastructure for global payouts that works faster, more cost-effectively, and with more automation than traditional banking rails. Stablecoins are a key building block for this: they can lower transaction fees, reduce FX costs, and significantly accelerate settlement”

stated Johannes Kares, CTO and co-founder of Talentir.
