The new chapter of HackZone by Allianz has officially begun.
Our 2026 Kickoff Day brought together founders, mentors, and corporate leaders under one roof to mark the start of a six-month journey focused on real collaboration, real use cases, and real impact in insurance.

The day began with opening remarks from Hümeyra Boztunç, Kaan Toker, and Sabina Babayeva, who set the tone for the months ahead. They shared what founders can expect from the program, how Allianz teams will be involved throughout the journey, and why HackZone continues to play a strategic role in shaping the future of Insurtech in Türkiye.
From day one, the message was clear: this is not just an acceleration program. It is a structured collaboration model designed to create meaningful partnerships between startups and Allianz.
Each selected startup took the stage for a focused five-minute pitch, presenting their technology, vision, and the value they aim to bring to the insurance ecosystem. The diversity across AI, data intelligence, personalization, and customer engagement solutions showed once again how rapidly the ecosystem is evolving and how relevant these technologies are for the future of insurance.
Following a networking lunch, the program moved into working mode.
Mentor onboarding and startup onboarding sessions were held simultaneously, ensuring that both sides fully understood the structure, expectations, and milestones of the six-month journey ahead. From program phases to collaboration models, KPIs, and PoC pathways, every participant left with clarity on how the process will unfold.
The day concluded with deep dive sessions; one of the most critical parts of HackZone. Each startup was individually reviewed with Allianz teams to define concrete action plans.
These sessions focused on questions such as:
Rather than broad discussions, these were detailed, analytical conversations aimed at turning potential into execution.

We are proud to introduce this year’s selected teams:
Each of these startups brings a distinct capability to the table, from AI-driven intelligence and automation to personalization, analytics, and next-generation customer solutions.
HackZone by Allianz is built around a simple but powerful idea: innovation becomes meaningful when it is implemented.
Over the next six months, the cohort will go through structured workshops, strategic mentoring, business unit matching, technical validations, and PoC design processes. The focus is not only on growth, but on integration, helping startups align with real corporate needs while supporting Allianz in accessing cutting-edge solutions.
Since 2020, HackZone has played a key role in strengthening Türkiye’s Insurtech ecosystem, enabling startups to test, refine, and scale their solutions in collaboration with one of the country’s leading insurers.
Now, with the 2026 cohort officially onboarded, the work begins.
We look forward to seeing the ideas, pilots, and partnerships that will emerge from this journey.
