USA Launching Pad offers shorter validation programs (e.g., Market Discovery) to assess readiness and build your go-to-market plan with investor-grade data. You can also apply to a future Tenity-USA cohort.
This program is designed for first-time U.S. market entry. If you already have rapidly growing U.S. sales, we recommend USA Launching Pad’s Market Penetration program to scale and optimize your GTM.
You will walk away with:
A tested U.S. value propositionCRM of 2,000+ targeted leads
Validated GTM plan
Initial traction data for investor use
This program is not pitch-focused. It’s designed to execute customer discovery, build pipeline, and refine GTM strategy based on real U.S. market signals. Think execution, not theory. Expect contact with potential U.S. customers, not coaches and mentors.
Your main point of contact is a U.S.-based project manager from the USA Launching Pad team (your 'U.S. employee #1'). You’ll also interact with USA Launching Pad’s founders, senior GTM advisors, subject matter experts, and Tenity’s global startup team.
Apply through the button at the top or bottom of this page. Selected teams will be invited for a screening call. After your application is approved, confirm your spot with a signed agreement and a 50% deposit. Early application is recommended.
You don’t need to prepare anything. Once you are admitted to the program you will receive information and pre-work assignments. These will take 4-5 hours to complete.
If this is your first U.S. expansion and you do it on your own, the risk is very high that it will not work, take much longer than expected and cost much more than planned. The team of USA Launching Pad, on the other hand, do nothing but U.S. expansions. They have built a proven methodology, learned many tricks and insights and provide a working environment perfected for customer discovery and scaling up sales in the USA.
If your customers in the USA are mostly pilots, POCs and your U.S. sales are not rapidly growing, you should strongly consider this program to further de-risk and accelerate your U.S. expansion. If you have rapidly growing sales in the USA, then this is not the program for you. There is a Market Penetration program from USA Launching Pad which might be more suitable.
