Selected teams — both from the IDDA Hackathon and direct applicants — gain mentorship, training, and access to Tenity’s global network, helping them turn prototypes into scalable businesses and preparing them for Demo Day.

What is the IDDA Incubation Program?

The IDDA Incubation Program is a 4-month initiative designed to support early-stage fintech startups. The program helps entrepreneurs refine their ideas, build scalable products, and connect with mentors, investors, and corporates through Tenity’s global ecosystem.

Who can apply?

Both promising teams from the IDDA Hackathon 2025 and startups applying directly can apply. The program welcomes early-stage fintech startups, entrepreneurs, and innovators passionate about shaping the future of finance.

Is the program only for fintech startups?

Yes, the program is specifically designed for fintech and fintech-related solutions. However, startups working on technologies that can be applied in finance (e.g., AI, cybersecurity, sustainability solutions) are also encouraged to apply.

Do I need to have an MVP or can I apply with just an idea?

Startups with an MVP or prototype are preferred, but exceptional idea-stage teams with strong commitment and expertise will also be considered.

What are the benefits of joining the program?

Does IDDA take equity from participating startups?

No, IDDA does not take equity from startups during the incubation program.

Is there any cost to participate?

No, participation in the program is completely free of charge.

How long does the program run?

The incubation program runs for 4 months, from October 2025 to February 2026. During this period, online participation is required for Selection Day, and physical attendance is required for events such as Kick-off, Alumni Day, Investor Day, and Demo Day. Additionally, there is an 80% attendance requirement for online training sessions.

Where will the program take place?

The program will be based in Baku, Azerbaijan, with hybrid participation options for online sessions.

What kind of mentorship and training will be provided?

Startups will receive tailored 1:1 mentorship, technical guidance, business development support, and pitch preparation workshops from both local and international experts.

Will I get access to investors or funding opportunities?

Yes. Startups will gain exposure to Tenity’s global investor network and have the opportunity to showcase their solutions at Demo Day, where investors and corporates will be present.

Do I have to be based in Azerbaijan to join?

No. Startups from outside Azerbaijan are welcome, provided they can attend the key program sessions (hybrid options available).
