The Scale-up Launchpad, powered by Deloitte in collaboration with Tenity, is a growth-stage innovation challenge program designed to help fast-growing ventures take their next step — whether entering Switzerland or scaling into new international markets.
Held for the first time in Zurich in June 2025, the Launchpad brought together 11 high-potential scale-ups for three intensive days of mentoring, networking, and strategic insight sessions, culminating in an exclusive Demo Day attended by more than 60 guests.
As Switzerland strengthens its position as a global innovation hub, many growth-stage ventures seek to expand into the market — yet face challenges around regulation, partnerships, and scaling operations. At the same time, Swiss scale-ups often look to internationalize but lack the networks to do so effectively.
Deloitte and Tenity launched the Scale-up Launchpad – an innovation challenge to bridge these gaps – combining Deloitte’s market expertise and global reach with Tenity’s startup network and venture ecosystem.
