The 9-week market expansion program — two weeks full-time in Hong Kong — guided preparation before, coached follow-through after, weekly check-ins throughout. For scaleups entering Europe and the Middle East: leave with ten founder-signed decisions, a validated market pick, and outreach already live.
Go Global is a nine-week program whose core is two full-time weeks —You prepare remotely on our platform — a weekly one-hour check-in call plus about three hours of guided work per week — then spend ten days in Hong Kong deciding and executing: two decision-makers per company, co-founders or C-suite. Every day ends in a founder-signed decision, validated the same day in the room — and challenged by international experts from your target region. You send your first outreach on Day 6. Five weeks of coached follow-through end with your scored readiness report.
Participation requires a program fee (see FAQ) — no equity is taken.

Batch 1 outcome. Planto arrived leaning towards the UAE and left with a founder-signed decision for Saudi Arabia. Four months later they won ‘Fintech to Watch’ at Money20/20 Middle East in Riyadh, with a USD 100,000 prize. The same two coaches run Batch 2.

Profiling pack on the platform — facts, buyer evidence, market hypotheses (each decision-maker files blind). Hard quality gate before Day 1.
One canvas per day: vision merge → ICP + positioning → sales motion + pricing → country pick → target list → week-1 lock. Every decision validated same-day by the coaches in the room; expert sessions 3–4× per week — two sessions each, Middle East + Europe in parallel tracks — challenge every company in its own slot; plus two private 45-min expert deep-dives per company.
First sends Day 6 · partner map + warm intros out · discovery roleplay against a real buyer-side executive · pipeline coaching on live replies · 90-day plan + panel readout + close.
Weekly coached pipeline reviews → deep check-in in late January → your scored readiness report in March (7 dimensions, both coaches).
Progress review, accountability check, continued network support.
