About Allianz HackZone 

The HackZone by Allianz Türkiye, powered by Allianz and delivered by Tenity, is a flagship open-innovation accelerator designed to drive collaboration between Allianz and the most promising insurtech and fintech startups in Türkiye and beyond.

Launched in 2020, the program has evolved into one of the region’s most established corporate-startup collaboration platforms – enabling startups to co-create with Allianz experts, validate their products, and scale real-world use cases.

From Challenge to Impact
The Challenge

Allianz Türkiye sought to strengthen its innovation pipeline and connect with external innovators to co-develop new products and solutions for the future of insurance. The goal was not just exploration – but to create tangible commercial outcomes that accelerate Allianz’s digital transformation.

The Solution

Together with Tenity, Allianz designed HackZone, a structured, high-impact accelerator to scout, select, and scale startups capable of delivering real business value.

  • Program Design & Operations: End-to-end delivery by Tenity, from scouting to Demo Day.
  • Startup Sourcing: 46 ventures identified across five editions since 2020.
  • Corporate Collaboration: 50+ Allianz mentors engaged with startups through co-creation sprints.
  • Proof-of-Concepts & Pilots: 400,000 TL support per startup for product validation.
Results & Impact
  • 590 startups screened and 46 startups accelerated across five editions (2020–2025).
  • Four commercial agreements signed following the 2025 edition.
  • 50+ Allianz experts involved as mentors and champions.
