About Tenity

Tenity is a global innovation ecosystem and early-stage investor making innovation work and advancing the future of finance.

Our story began back in 2015, when Tenity (formerly F10) was founded in the heart of the Swiss financial center Zurich. Since then, we have grown to four hubs and a global team across Europe and Asia.

We believe collaboration is the key to innovation. We bring together ambitious founders with leading corporations, forward-thinking investors, and passionate mentors – and together, we create an ecosystem that powers the future of finance.

We think like the startups we accelerate. Our ambitions are big; so are our ideas, and our expectations: We work hard to bring the best out of each other (and ourselves), giving freedom to shape, and bring new ideas. That also means taking responsibility to bring them to life. ​

No Bullshit

We work in an incredibly fast-moving space. We need to adapt and evolve – just like the entrepreneurs and innovators we serve. We say it how we see it, we take quick decisions, follow through with them, and we are clear in our expectations. That only works by trusting each other.

Curiosity is our rocket fuel

Having a kick-ass strategy is key, but execution is where the magic happens. We experiment and when mistakes happen, we know that’s just part of the game. If things don’t work, we are humble, ask for help, go fix it and move on.

Zurich is where our story began back in 2015. Located in the heart of the Swiss financial center, in Zurich, we've been working with hundreds of founders to accelerate innovation in the financial industry.
